James is a Senior Strategist at Quinn Strategy Group. James leverages his analytical skills through financial modeling of corporate earnings, due diligence, stakeholder interviews and market/landscape analysis to support decision making and strategy setting for clients. James has more than 20 years of experience in equity research and financial analysis of multinational corporations in various sectors across Asia. He was executive director at BNP Paribas Securities in Seoul Korea acting as head of Korean equity research and APAC industrial sectors covering automobiles and parts manufacturers, shipbuilding and offshore, marine transport and Singapore conglomerates.
He earned an MBA from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and holds a BA from Northwestern University where he studied art history and economics. In addition, James is currently treasurer and board member of Roland Park Annual Fund Inc, a non-profit foundation focused on equity and inclusion at the local public-school level.
