She is a Partner at Quinn Strategy Group, and Founder and Managing Partner of On Point Consulting. Before starting On Point Consulting, Judy held senior roles in the aerospace and defense industry at Exelis Corporation, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Judy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, an MS in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore. She completed the Wharton School of Business Executive Leadership Program and is a Lean/6 Sigma Black Belt. In her free time, Judy lends her considerable talents to serve on local boards and institutions.
