Steve brings 25 years of strategic consulting and executive/team development and coaching experience to his work, with deep expertise in helping organizations on a range of topics including, organizational effectiveness, team and culture development, strategic visioning and planning, and capacity development. Steve is a Partner at Quinn Strategy Group, and Founder and Director of Clear Blue Associates.
Earlier in his career he worked at Ernst & Young and Capgemini where he built a strong record of achievement working with executives and leadership teams. Steve holds an MBA from George Washing University, a BA in Business from Rutgers, a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University and is a Certified Lifecycles Capacity Consultant and founding member of the Nonprofit Lifecycles Institute.
